  • Multi-Ring Calling This service allows you to assign up to 3 phone numbers to one individual. When there is an incoming call for this individual on any of those numbers, all three numbers ring until the call is picked up.
  • Automated Customer Satisfaction Surveys At the end of a call, an automated voice will ask the customer about their satisfaction level, from 1(low) to 5 (high). First, the KnowMe reporting capabilities will show the average customer satisfaction rating and allow businesses to track this average. Second, and more importantly, if a low satisfaction number is received, such as a 1 or a 2, the Automated Customer Satisfaction Survey system will notify the appropriate party for immediate follow-up.
